PHP ERROR ON date_default_timezone_set()

I was trying to run my php code then suddenly this error occurs:

A PHP Error was encountered

Severity: Warning

Message: strftime() [function.strftime]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier.

Is anyone out there having the same problem?

    i found a solution on my side by putting these codes on the top of my page:


    date_default_timezone_set('Europe/Moscow');
    date_default_timezone_get();


    I hope this will help some people might get the same problem.
